Shift Requirements:
Your hours will be Full Time with expected flexible scheduling to cover the managerial needs of the location Shift Hours - Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday night from 6:30pm to 6:30am (Nigh Shift)
Training Hours - Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 6:30am to 6:30pm
Job Requirements
At least two to four years related experience/ training in a warehouse environment. Two to four years supervisory/Leadership experience required. Specific experience in the requirements for food warehousing helpful but not required, dependable work ethic, a mind open to knowledge, a personality hospitable to experience, and a mild competitive streak. Previous supervisory experience is required. Principles, Character, and Integrity are uncompromising essentials. Active desire to stay until the job is completed. Attention to detail with working knowledge of the effect on the big picture. Positive, problem-solving, service-oriented, motivational attitude. Disciplined mindset for following procedure and developing it as necessary. Willingness to ask the obvious though often neglected questions to bring improvement. Communication skills bridging the diverse interactions with those from C-level to hourly, across the spectrum of race, nationality, and gender.
· Must be professional and have good job stability, and great attitude to be able to work with our clientele.
· Must have excellent attendance to develop a stable work environment.
· Communicate with other supervisors and managers to ensure a consistent team environment is maintained, confidentiality is a requirement.
· Provide feedback on actual performance against standards
· Direct associates on the proper use of mobile warehouse equipment and trouble shoot problems as necessary
· Conduct job observations and provide feedback through coaching and training
· Perform safety observations in conjunction with job observations to coach and counsel associates on proper safety procedures
· Play an active role in the participation of all safety programs to act as a role model for all associates
· Promote a strong sense of teamwork and a culture of respect by working together safely, effectively, respectfully and efficiently with all associates
· Enforcement of warehouse procedures and policies

Qualifications:
· Understanding all the aspects of running a warehouse from the minutia of payroll, to the analytics of performance, to big-picture motivating of a large, diverse crew to successfully service our customers while maintaining a positive company culture and simultaneously striving to meet increasing stretch goals.
· Contact point for our customers and employees; accordingly, you need to have a heart for helping people, an empathetic ability to connect with others, and strong principles to stand by your decisions even when they may be unpopular.
· Interpersonal relationship skills, excellent computer skills (honed across the MS suite, QB, & Camelot 3PL, also disposition to learn the older DOS-based programs), and the mind to envision both the big-picture and the small steps it takes to get there are critical to being a success in this position.
· Creativity, honesty, and integrity are valuable assets. If you are not familiar with the above programs, you should be comfortable learning as you go with an eye to continuously improve your knowledge base in all of them. Fear of asking the question is not appreciated, however a mild competitive streak that fosters continuously seeking improvement is encouraged.
This position will be an assistant in all things to the warehouse manager and a main support for the supervisors on duty with an eye for maintaining a smooth daily operation, solving the myriad puzzles that arise, minimizing cost, and managing & motivating the crew. This position will manage and motivate the entire warehouse team.

This is an immediate opening. We will be interviewing as soon as 3/3/2020.
