September 8, 2026 – Spartan Logistics, a family-owned third-party logistics provider specializing in warehousing and transportation services, today announces the acquisition of Allen Logistics, a warehousing company supporting customers in Whitehouse, Ohio. The acquisition became effective September 1, 2026.

The acquisition adds 100,000 SF of warehousing capacity to Spartan's existing Toledo operations as the seventh warehouse operation in Northwest Ohio, a market that has been an important part of Spartan's network and long-term growth strategy. This brings the company to 4.5 million SF of total space and 950,000 SF in Northwest Ohio.

Spartan is focused on providing a seamless transition for existing customers and providing resources, technology, and efficiencies to the facility, while also identifying opportunities to bring additional business to the operation.

The transaction, brokered in an off-market deal by NAI Harmon Group, included the real estate located at 6245 Industrial Drive in Whitehouse, Ohio, with ideal access to Swanton, Napoleon, and Perrysburg. WesBanco provided acquisition financing for the transaction.
