Spartan Logistics Expands Midwest Operations with New Toledo, OH Warehouse Now Open

Toledo, OH, September 4th, 2025 - Spartan Logistics, a leading provider of third-party logistics (3PL) services, is proud to announce that its newest warehouse, located at 6100 Benore Road, Toledo, OH 43612, is officially operational.

The 183,433-square-foot facility strengthens Spartan’s Midwest network, providing our customers with enhanced capacity and strategic positioning in the Great Lakes region.

Key features of the Benore Road warehouse include:

• 24 dock-high doors and 1 drive-in door for efficient loading and unloading
• 2,500 square feet of office space for onsite management and customer support
• Fully fenced and lit trailer parking/staging area
• Fire suppression system and modern safety infrastructure
• 17.74-acre site designed for scalability and growth

Strategically located just off I-75 via the Alexis Road interchange, the facility offers fast access from Detroit, the Great Lakes, and surrounding Midwest markets. It is also within 10 miles of the Port of Toledo, making it a prime hub for distribution. This warehouse will also serve a leading global chemical manufacturer, with the proximity to their nearby manufacturing plant providing a key benefit for streamlined production and distribution.
