Spartan Logistics is hiring 1st and 3rd shift general warehouse pickers in our Greenwood, IN warehouse. The average picker can make $25,000-$30,000 a year with 40 hours/week and incentives. No college degree required. Must be 18 years or older. Must pass a background and drug test. Medical benefits and 401K offered. We will conduct open interviews on Monday, March 11, Wednesday, March 13, and Friday, March 15. Interviews run from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. 

Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday

6:30 am to finish - $11.50/hourly

Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

6:30 pm to 6 am - $12.00/hourly

Under general supervision, you will be primarily responsible for the effective coordination of inbound and outbound warehousing movements, while accurately and efficiently picking customer orders. This will consist of reading a pick ticket for individual items to be moved, gathered, and shipped; assembling customer orders from stock and placing orders on pallets. Conveying finished pallets/orders to the staging area via motorized pallet jack. You will need to stand and lift as part of your daily duties. Ensure company standards are met by verifying pallet counts and configuration of the selected order for distribution.  Overtime will be paid at time and 1/2, after 40 hours per week.  Incentive pay programs are available.  Your goal is to make sure that the orders are filled as fast and accurately as possible, and the warehouse is safe and clean at all times.
