     Spartan Logistics WMS and Payroll Specialist

 

Spartan Logistics is seeking two experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work in our Fort Smith, AR warehouse. To begin with...this is not a call center position. Interviews will be conducted right away to hire.The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the daily operation of the shipping and receiving office within the warehouse. The CSR will coordinate with the warehouse supervisors on a daily basis, and also be available for administrative support.

Warehouse Customer Service Representative Job Description:

  • Process all inbound and outbound shipments
  • Create and update pick tickets
  • Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Check in and direct drivers
  • Keep an accurate account of daily transactions
  • Develop and maintain close customer relations
  • Reconciliation of inventory discrepancies as needed
  • Dispatch local shuttle driver
  • Follow up on missed or late pick up appointments
  • May include light housekeeping

  • Must have experience working in an office setting
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Job Type: Full-time - Saturday and Sunday (Day or Night shift) as well as 2-3 night shifts per week.

Starting Rate: $14.00/hour

  • Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred, not required)

Shifts:

  • 2-3 weekday nights and day or night weekends (Required)
